Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax gets better and better I've used Turbo Tax for about 10 years now and it is getting better and better each year...I trust it and will continue to use it in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Always trying to upsell - cost is confusing Software is great in terms of walking through the completion of taxes. But, I am in a constant state of confusion about how much I am actually paying. I have always used the standard deduction and yet I ended up having to pay $178 for e-file services this year. I think I'd rather just use a local tax preparer and not have to deal with this self-filing for that kind of money. But by the time I invested all my time and energy into getting everything sorted out in TurboTax, I felt I was too exhausted with taxes in general to delete all my progress and move on this year (plus deadlines).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More difficult than usual I have used Turbotax for many years. This time i had several problems. it was impossible to get to a live consultant. I had no success learning what O/P means though i was asked to respond to whether it was applicable. I could not determine how to apply my state refund to my estimated tax. I got stuck trying to sign in to INTUIT.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax A little disappointed that your prices are not EXTREMLY obvious. I see 59$ for tax refund and then all of the sudden you pay 118$. Just wondering why and for what? I am doing all the work. Frustrating and I had this complaint last year as well

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If I could give $0 stars, I would At the very beginning, the free option stated it could be used if I had a 1099-Div. No specifics, just 1099-DIV. I get all the way to the end and suddenly I need to upgrade for $59 because I have capital gains on my 1099-DIV. I have one W-2 and one 1099-DIV. I've used TurboTax for years. Never again!
