The picture for W2 didn't enter income or federal taxes and they were visible in picture. Same thing with Mortgage Interest. Also software issue on W2 . We do not have local taxes. Boxes 19 and 20 are blank. I could not leave these blank it kept telling me it was an error. I had to enter 0 and my city name. That is a box that should be okay to leave blank. I should not have to guess how to this kind of issue. Very frustrating.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
