Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs significant improvement Although much of the work has been streamlined, there are still steps that cause frustration. E.g. the form for interest from my bank was read incorrectly and this caused me to have to try several times to correct the error - finally gave up and deleted the form then entered by hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was fantastic I had one question that I wanted to speak to a tax expert about and they called me as promised and I was glad to find out that I didn't have to report that particular item. As far as the ease of using Turbo Tax, it was just a breeze. It was great to be able to upload much of the data that needed to be input, but even those I manually input were done with ease. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
