I love how I can upload the PDFs of my documents to save time. I also love the feature where the call center rep can see your screen if you have an issue you can't figure out. Great tech!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buggy The federal return process was buggy this year. The language on the state return was confusing. I have been using Turbo Tax for a very LONG time and my 2022 return experience was by far the worst.

I thought I was filling state for free and then get to the end and get charged $118.00. Also if you want to take the fee out of your taxes they charge even more extra.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy TurboTax is very easy to use and does a really good job of walking you through the process to determine the best tax return to file. There are so many tax laws that it would be virtually impossible as a non-CPA to do taxes in any reasonable amount of time.
