Rated 2 out of 5 by from This year Turbotax is very poorTurbot I have use Turbotax for years. But this years version was very hard to use. I made to phone call and they were not resole the issue. Was not able to do the federal 2023 estimate. Could never get the help screens to work. The zoom help would never open. program IA refund of $890 but setting up email state it listed refund of $544.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Live Assisted I don't think Live should be included when the tax return process begins. I didn't notice it was on, and ended up paying for it. Since I had to pay for it anyway (I called to have it take off and all I could get was a small discount , I used a Live expert to walk through the return with me at then end. The person I dealt with was very nice and professional.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from QuickBooks self-employed import fail Quickbooks self-employed data failed to import into turbo tax. Turbo tax gave and error and suggested I enter the data by hand. The entire reason I use Quickbooks is for the ease of import. An option needs to be added so a data file can be exported will import into TurboTax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much easier than I expected! Very user friendly! I would add some line items for special cases such as: interest paid on land as an investment (not a home) and days present in the US test. A live chat feature would have been nice too.
