Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax easy to use - E-File NEVER WORKS! I have used Turbo Tax for 7 years. It is a great product, easily walks you through everything. It is really click and put in your information and go. I do really appreciate the feature that you can upload your W2 into the system, rather than importing every section. My biggest complaint is that the E-File for Federal and State of Virginia, always gets rejected for a SSN issue and there is no way to fix it. So every year, I am mailing my taxes after trying E-File several times.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a great experience this year After completing and paying, it appeared that we were done, but it somehow did not complete the filing. Here I am weeks later completing after wondering why we had not heard anything from Intuit. There is no reason why we should have to interact with a third party to file taxes any more. The government already gets the documentation it needs, why jump through the hoops?
