Rated 1 out of 5 by from Super confusing and not helpful I thought Turbo Tax was great, and I still recommend it to friends who have things easy…I thought that was my case until I used Turbo Tax Live, and my tax professional tried to get me to call the IRS on my college. While she may have been true, she was wildly unhelpful for the questions I actually had and then did not follow up on my phone call. I then had to PAY Turbo Tax for the work that my tax professional DID NOT do. Extremely frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great customer service! Was having some trouble locating information I wanted to review, so I contacted Turbo Tax and spoke with Jonny. He showed me how to find the information I was looking for. In the middle of our conversation I lost contact with him and a few seconds later my phone rang and it was Jonny calling to finish our conversation. Terrific customer service!

It was easy to move around and especially easy to go back and catch something I omitted on purpose, this wasn't so easy in years past. Still like the way it moves you thru the questions. I feel the Premium plan is worth the money for their guidance, even with some easier returns. It's really worth it with multiple income streams and deductions.
