Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great BUT now with extra marketing as always turbo tax remains the best tax prep software... it's unfortunate that they've decided to LOAD IT UP with TONS AND TONS OF MARKETING. it's so bad that it interrupts your workflow constantly just to show you ads.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A shock at the end! I have used TurboTax for years but have never had the surprise at the end like this year. The $40 refund processing fee is ridiculous! I would rather know up front then be hit with a fee at the end after completing my tax return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax-I trust TT to correctly process forms Just like always, all requirements and forms were queried and completed. I trust TT to always meet the requirements of the IRS and Colorado State. I have had hiccups with the state forms before and I hope to avoid them this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax program good, not great I've been using Turbo products for about 20 years, the switch to online has been great but this year the program works to hard to force 'input from financial institution' and when I went for it the program completely got the document wrong. Once I was done the program got stuck in a loop of 'finish your state' and 'review state' that took several tries to break out of. I did speak with a rep who was very helpful at one point but the struggle to get to her through the program & phone system was a bit rough.
