Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes Made Easy I've been using TurboTax since the late 90s and have never been tempted to switch to another tax preparation method. It's always been reliable and accurate, and the process seems to get faster every year, even as my tax situation has become more complicated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't downgrade without starting over. Really bad user experience banking on customers being too lazy. You should be able to downgrade if you realize you don't need to file business expenses. A lot of their marketing plays off this idea going after lower socioeconomic families too overwhelmed to do their taxes. They also used to play into the false marketing that TurboTax is free. Poor business ethics all around unfortunately.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I’m not liking turbo anymore! Took me 7 days to complete. Usually it will take me a day. The new feather and the price is not cheap. I was better off getting done with a professional from what I I just paid with turbo. I feel stupid ! Not using this app anymore .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use it every year! I've been using Turbo Tax for over a decade. When my status changed from filing jointly to filing single, they really walked me through the process (no small feat) and have always had my back. I recommend it highly!
