Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need a version for folks who know how to do taxes You need an "advanced" version for people who know how to do taxes. Why? I find the graphics cartoonish and the process of moving through them very cumbersome when I know where I want to go and what I need to enter. Having to go through all the steps every single time I want to either review or make a change was torture. It took much more time than I believe was necessary just to enter my return and get to the point where I could review it. There were some suggestions that were valuable, but the big miss on your part was an important deduction as a self-employed person (which, by the way, I appear to be paying a premium for needing to file Sch. C.) I relied on you for 2021 and now realize that I probably need to amend that year. Will I use your product next year? Unless you come up with something more streamlined, probably not.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes tax filing easier I have used and will continue to use Turbo Tax to file my taxes For the most part it is easy to use if you are organized with your documents. I did find it more difficult this year to upload my info from Fidelity, which is usually very easy. Small inconvenience. Also there were some questions, that did not have an explanation available, that I had to look up elsewhere because I wasn't sure of the language used in the question.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unexpected Charge I've used Turbo Tax for years now & have never had to pay. I recommend it to everyone I know! Somehow during the filing process this year, the Live was selected & I was required to pay for it though I didn't use it. Frustrated with this experience.

I talked with Carla on Tuesday, April 11th - she was such a big help to me! THANKS CARLA! Also spoke with Connie & Dante on the 12th of April, who were also a big help to me. You truly have a Great group working for you!!!
