Rated 3 out of 5 by from Changes were not helpful I bought my copy at Costco. For whatever reason, it did not recognize my prior returns so I lost that part of the functionality. It seemed that you were always trying to get me to go online rather than just use my desktop copy. It was not as favorable experience as I had for the last many years in using the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good helpiing me, sometimes annoying. Very helpful for crunching numbers and applying rules. Some questions, esp. about my numerous stock trades were annoying. At least done with this nonsense for this year. You guys applied a charge to the card I used to pay just now. I hope you are able to find that charge and apply it to my current payment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've usually been satisfied with Turbotax It's been simple to use the step-by-step approach to prepare my taxes, and to switch over to forms view when necessary. Switching back from forms to step-by-step isn't perfect--it doesn't take me back to exactly where I left. The step-by-step method is also a bit tedious at times, and some data entry points are not entirely clear, such as when a whole-house expense applies to a home office or not, and where the entry should be made. This has improved in the current iteration, however. In the past, I was disappointed that Intuit stopped providing a DOS version of Turbotax.
