Rated 4 out of 5 by nurse marj from usually great Started out sketchy cause i was trying to put in my investments and banking 1098 and 1099. and it wouldn't let me do it manually, i was getting very frustrated due to the qr you screen shot wasn't working. i finally stopped and next day went back and it worked. Also i was then able to add manually my other one which wasn't there the first day.. once i passed that point it was easy to do and i have used turbo tax for many years. thank you. I do think stupid to charge so much for state and federal to efile though. Because then if you arent getting much return it either puts you having to pay taxes or you dont get hardly anything actually back.

This is false, as the person helping me also clearly saw the purchase in 2021 that could be traced to the withdrawals / trades in 2022

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
