Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax AND Customer Service is Simply GREAT! I was having difficulty with Turbo Tax not recognizing my email address and electronic filing. Agents contacted were Impris (she spent 1 hr and 8 min) helping to resolve one problem and Marilyn who stepped me through the electronic filing. The electronic filing window rejected as it didn't recognize my email address after several attempts. After several minutes, she suggested to capitalize all letters in both addresses vice lower characters and it was accepted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this stuff It is quick and easy just like they say in the commercials. I don't worry about taxes at all. I know that I can answer the easy questions turbotax gives me and that I can trust the return is correct. I have been using it my entire adult life and can see no reason to stop. The only thing that could be better is if the government got off its butt and actually just told us what to pay in taxes and give us our returns without hassle, but until that day, turbotax it is for me and mine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Assumed Date Range For some reason the software assumed an incorrect fiscal year date range instead of the Calendar year applicable to the Estate. We do not know why. Do you?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax was fast and effective I was a little apprehensive about the cost, but I think it is more or less the product it promotes itself to be. I got some help from a chat with one of their experts and while we didn't get into an in-depth discussion of what the issues were that had been flagged, she helped me delete the forms I assume I didn't actually need which allowed me to complete the process. She was helpful and cheerful. Enjoyed the interaction.
