I began using it while I was still working and it easily imported investments from my accounts and walked me through gains and losses. I also used it when I retired and continue to use it this day. Turbo Tax informs you about RMDs from your IRAs and keeps you on your toes about state requirements as well. I will continue using this program as long as possible!

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
