Rated 2 out of 5 by from Incessant Attempts to Upsell Are Maddening At every possible opportunity you're trying to get me to upgrade my package, pay to speak to a tax expert, etc. etc. ad nauseam. Please stop! Just. Freaking. Stop! Also, there were several times I got stuck visiting a screen over and over because you weren't explaining what was wrong.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick but unnerving Went step by step but when it suggested standard deduction and didn't ask about specific property tax it was a little unnerving. Maybe give a better explanation at the beginning about how you figure out standard is better and that you wont ask for specific info would be less unsettling.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from e-file didn't work while i have positive experience with turbo tax canada., the US version did not work for e-file. I could not get assistance via telephone nor online. I thought problem tied to California state return that i paid extra for. Trouble shoot would not amend information that was correct. I finally gave up and mailed both federal and California returns
