Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax CD versiond - Do not purchase I Purchased the CD version of TurboTax Premier and I was unable to enter values for Home tax values and the deductions. It just stopped working so I contacted Support and was given an online software version. I then had to reenter everything again!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Online stinks - worst experience ever TurboTax Online stinks - worst experience ever! I got studk with it when the download TurboTax program I purchased was faulty and Intuit replaced it with the online version. The online version is not intuitive and seeing what's gong on is nearly impossible - then at the end they asked me for ssome 5 digit code I supposedly used last year. I could not find it and had to print the whole thing (Fed and State) and mail it in. I will never use the online version again and will probably switch to someting else more user friendly - HR Block? - next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forced to pay Was given no real reason why the final screen I saw before filing insisted i needed to add a $120 upgrade to my plan. Gave me no option out of it, not clarity on what to change to get around it. No access to the section it said was requiring me to upgrade. Never using this service again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees and Misleading Wording Everywhere I dislike Turbotax, but I've been with them long enough that it's like an old worn out glove. There are fees everywhere, and attempts to upgrade you at every turn. For example, there's the hidden fee that appears when you e-file- but it's not hidden because it's in the iTunes like agreement you signed. Then there's the misleading statements about needing 3rd party authorization so they can sell your data. They word it in such a way that makes it seem like it's a good thing and you should sign it! You don't have to sign it and you shouldn't but Turbo Tax does anyway to try to get you on the dotted line.
