Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Turbo Tax Experience I found it relatively easy to use but did get stuck on one section. Spoke with a tax associate who was patient and knowledgeable. She set my mind at ease when she walked me through it. I will definitely use TurboTax again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can't fix typos on bank forms Wow, this is expensive now for a basic return. Don't think I'll use it again. Also, for the price, the user should be able to repair basic form errors like an incorrect zip code typed by a bank.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A few issues, but overall solid Overall, pretty good! Got a lot on our refund. A pretty positive experience, save for a handful of interface issues that prevented us from filing as quickly. Editing these fields took some time, but once we had done so it was smooth sailing.

I feel most of their customers are repeat customers due to the import feature and customers don't yet trust other vendors to import TT files properly. Just my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Always My Go To I love Turbo Tax. I remember my mom using it when we were kids. Like the old school, out of the box, dial up internet had to take up a landline experience. How ever many years later she used Turbo Tax to teach me how to do my taxes. You all have such amazing tools by investing in your technology. It is an inspiring thing to clearly see your passion for tax education and efficiency. I'm not gonna lie I have switched tax sites here and there but nothing has ever compared. I have even gone and had accountants do my taxes with massive disappointment. It is super cool to have been able to see how far you organization has come. Thank you to everyone for everything you all do and for staying such a consistent, dependable and solid company.
