The hardest part about it is finding all the documents you've been sent throughout the year, and that's not turbotax's fault haha.

Each of them were VERY HELPFUL. TurboTax 2022 worked out great for me this year. I DID take more hours to complete it, but that is probably I am not confident with mathematics, I need more time to triple check my numbers.

Just make sure you go to the customer service desk after purchasing so they can retrieve the actual CD packet. I had to return to Sam's for mine, lol.

We could not find it right away and had to call a random hotline. TurboTax has my Driver's License on file and asks me every year for it. Every other page they try to sell me their products, if I told you No the first time don't try to sell it to me again.

If you have a simple tax return, you can file for free yourself with TurboTax Free Edition, or you can file with TurboTax Live Assisted Basic or TurboTax Live Full Service Basic at the listed price.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
