I definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to get their taxes done accurately, even if its a small business owner!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Make this free if you have to pay the government. I believe it is absolutely shameless to spend over $200 to pay the government an additional $480 in Federal Taxes. If I am paying the government with my hard earned money than this platform should provide me FREE service. This is 2023 and the inflation is through the roof that I am unable to fulfill my needs because everything is so expensive. Think about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax extorts $ from tax returns After doing my taxes for years on TurboTax, I'm sick of the constant upgrade offers and the inability to change my tax info, forcing me to upgrade to premium. It is criminal. Never again.

In a world where businesses are shutting down, you need to make the recapture forms more easily accessible. It took too long for me to locate them. When an asset is converted to personal use it should come up then so we have the option to use it. Thank you for helping me with my taxes since 1997.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awful for multiple states Had to submit for three states due to work moves this year and spent half the return trying to figure out why my state taxes made no sense only to discover turbotax had only pulled in local taxes paid for only one of the five jurisdictions I had to pay taxes from the W2 information it pulled from ADP. There was no way in the state section to see a summary of taxes owed vs. taxes paid that would've highlighted this issue. Would've saved time getting a professional to do it and have a hard time believe it would've cost any more since each individual state was an additional $60 to file.
