Rated 2 out of 5 by from too much misdirection and upselling I've used Turbotax for as long as I can remember. It works well, but I have grown tired of all the misdirection to get you to upgrade and the increased difficulty finding the standard options. If I pay for a product, I don't want promotions thrown at my while I'm using it, especially during the already unpleasant process of filing taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX was a nightmare 2nd year to use. Same problem last year 2019 and this year 2020. Had a Debt Discharge of over $50,000. No where in the software are there instructions of where to list the amount it was all guess work on my part. Hopefully I have guessed correctly and won't get a penalty. So I ended putting it on the Other income and then 4 hour of going over and over the return I tried putting it in other income and then other deductions close to the end. What a difficult night it was it is now 1:19 AM EST. Thanks Turbo Tax. I have to be up early this morning to get to work! And YES it am aggravated!
