Choosing to allow Turbo Tax guide you through each step, helps recognize tax credit and deduction information that you may not have realized. Once you complete entry of you tax informaton, Turbo Tax quickly and easily guides you through the e-File process. I've been using Turbo Tax for filing my personal income tax for over 15 years.

I will say there needs to be an option to have someone who speaks English vs. if English is their second language. It can be difficult undertanding someone who is speaking with an accent while you are trying to understand what is somewhat of a foreign language to you.
