Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has good professionals with experience Having this talented lovely kind and patience professionals help me to feel confident that I can do it by my self in Spanish or English and they were very knowledge in computer and in all tax topics, I love the experience, next time I will be more organize with all paperwork, thank you to all them who help me to feel that I can do it with my 63 years old and no computer skills, English limitation, low speed, short sighed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fundamental errors noted TurboTax failed to recognize that my deductions exceeded the standard deduction. Live help could not resolve the problem and suggested that I apply for a TB refund, which I could not due to using the online program. Live help's solution was to accept the standard deductions since the difference in refund would not be materially different.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is fun and easy I haven't use TurboTax for at least 5 years paying $600/yr to my "Tax CPA", with a lot of "Extension" because she was busy, and preparing, scanning, emailing papers, and visit office with 2 hrs driving to downtown. I did my taxes with Turbotax sitting on my sofa for 5 hrs watching tennis on TV, with a laptop on my knees, and I had fun after all to see a picture my finance movements during one year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product I was dreading the process but by answering each question the program leads you right through the forms and you have an opportunity to review everything before you move to the next section. It is easy to save work and come back to the forms and easy to upload to your computer once you are done. I will use again.
