Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a struggle this year After purchasing Deluxe I found it wasn't going to do what was needed. There should be an easy way to upgrade without having to purchase a new product at full price. Then uninstalling didn't work as it should have and installing Premiere only resulting in Deluxe continuing to be active. Then, on top of all that, when I needed to pay using multiple credit cards there wasn't an option to do so. I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. This year was excruciating!

Most of the time there was a message that said "Try Again Later". I had used TurboTax Products in the past and appreciated the quick help information. Getting to ItsDeductible through the Tools Search rather than just through the Donations section was different than past experiences. Other than those issues, I found the online turbo tax self employed product to be very thorough and easy to navigate.
