Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Received 2 letters from NYS tax department that 2013 and 2014 tax refund which was in my favor was recalculated to zero. When contacted a representative about this I was told they were unaware of this. What really bothered me was there was NO offer by the rep. to inquire and resolve this issue. Very sad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FRANK IS AMAZING! I enjoyed every second of this experience, when it comes to filing (especially late) it’s something we all dread. This year was particularly hard since I had some new factors that played into filing that I didn’t understand. Frank went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was submitting everything correctly and was on the right track. He was extremely knowledgeable about my circumstances and taught me many things along the way. Not only did he provide outstanding service, he was so kind and patient. I would love to work with Frank every year! Everyone deserves a Frank!!

Area for improvement: Figures in forms do not easily link to where the information was initially entered, making it more difficult to understand how numbers in forms were calculated or to change them. Some of the instructions are confusing or inadequate, particularly when dealing with less common issues such as rental property.
