Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Not Always Accurate Have used Turbo Tax for years, mostly because it is easy to maneuver and carries forward my prior year returns. Turbo Tax does not consider everything. They should have known that a 19-year old student could not get the $1400 stimulus because he was claimed as a dependent by his mother in 2020. TurboTax knew he did not claim himself as dependent from his last year return which was prepared in TurboTax. This caused a huge delay in getting his 2021 return refund.
