Rated 4 out of 5 by from Three and half stars My tax situation changed and there were some extra forms I had to fill out which was expected, but I just wish some of the instructions were more thorough. There were times I had to go on the IRS website for an explanation because the instructions were not clear enough. There were also a lot of grammatical errors which at times made it a little confusing so this year quality assurance was off. Another thing I wanted to note and this is probably a preference right, but there's a section where you put your tax expenses but throughout the software I found myself paying for more than one return and I completely forgot to go back and update the amount. That's my fault, but maybe a reminder to go back and update the software fees at the end would be helpful.

I could have gone to H&R Block and got live service and actually talk to someone for the price I had to pay. Why do you advertise FREE service when it is not free or at lease cheaper than $167.00..I tried a few times to get advice with a question, but could not. Also, I tried to look up my tax return from 2021 but could not access it. I needed information from it, but could not find it.
