Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best I went through the process of submitting my taxes and was rejected. I fixed what I needed to and was still rejected. It has turned into a very long and drawn out process. I have still not been approved, even after fixing what Turbo Tax had seen as the issue.

And Finally, I could finish my Tax Return 2019, The interface is a little Old Fashion Design, and I got a certain couple of doubts about how to continue in certain fields not well explained, Fortunately at the end, with the Smart Check, I realized a couple of errors to be fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better improvement this year My taxes felt more complicated this year. Got Turbotax Live, and felt it was worth every penny. Rebecca was a pleasant and wonderful tax specialist that help me understand and guide me to corrections in my errors for a more favorable return outcome. Very knowledgeable on tax filings, and navigated the software swiftly with ease. Very professional and friendly to talk to. Hope to get her again next year's taxes. The software somewhat felt easier to navigate for me as opposed to a couple other past years, so it felt like an improvement overall.
