Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great! My only complaint is that I found it difficult to determine if I should itemize deductions or take the standard deduction. I had a difficult time locating the Schedule A to verify my input and to determine if I should continue completing the itemized deduction worksheets. Overall, I find Turbo Tax very user friendly.

I like it's interactive features and the ability to speak with someone live if I have any questions regarding the tax forms, language or laws. It is very easy to use and understand. You can always click on help for a further explanation or example as needed. I feel like I always get my money's worth.
