Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business This program is cumbersome to work with and is not very intuitive. If you are not tax savvy, this is not the program for you. Yes, I have worked with many tax programs such as CCH Prosystems, Lacerte, CCH Axcess, etc. But for the price, it is a good program to fill out and e-file a simple return or two.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very satisfied with Turbo Tax Everything in the program worked well right up to the Audit Defense part. It took me almost 24 hours to enter my credit card info and then to print my confirmation # . I called the TurboTax Help Desk and was put on hold for 8 minutes for the customer service person person to tell me someone would call me back after she got my info. She could not give me an estimate of how long that would take. it has now been 3 hours and no call back. Eventually I figured it out no thanks to your customer service department.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use and fast! Procrastinated again and was able to get my taxes done in a couple of hours thanks to Turbo Tax. I did start my charitable contributions spreadsheet ahead of time. That is the one thing that takes the most time.
