Rated 4 out of 5 by from I feel abanded My tax refund is overdue more than 13 months. Turbo Tax rep says once accepted, (which it was), TT can't help. But IRS is impossible. TT should at least suggest a course of action that I could take.

She was able to resolve the concern in a very short amount of time. The taxes were prepared very quick and it was nice video chatting with someone with many years in the tax service area.
