Rated 5 out of 5 by from it does taxes it definitely makes doing taxes easy. i don't like doing taxes, and i was fine doing this. there's no need to pay for the expert help though. unless you've got a lot going on, or you're missing documents, everything is pretty fill-in-the-blank. still though, a great service.
