We have used a few other options, and had tax preparer's do our taxes, but this honestly is a great option. It has helpful tips to navigate you to where to enter your information, jumps you to the correct location - just much better than other options we have tried. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy and accurate! I have been using turbo tax for years. It is user friendly and I feel confident that my taxes are complete and correct. It is easy to find deductions, although with the Trump administration's standard deduction, that was nt as necessary. Things always change so I am sure I will need itemized deductions again! Highly recommend.

It's really efficient especially with Q&A with a tax specialist feature, chatting or talking to a tax specialist at the convenience of your own schedule/time, and the quality of the tax professionals are out of this world!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs quality control & users to review I had to call Support several times about data carried over from fields in the interview that were seen as errors in the IRS form as they were not correctly formatted. State abbreviation was needed but TT had it spelled out. The rep told me to put "Blank" for state -- ?? Then why was the data carried over -- in a mismatched format? The 'help' files used different terms about Section 179 and depreciation in the interview than in the forms. Need to use the form's term in the help file to explain what we see in the form. Also, the tax summary showed different amounts than I entered for deductions. Clicking on the link for help showed "you chose the standard deduction." Prompting another call as TT said it chose itemized and I could not see where to go back to find that choice. Need to change the wording to reflect that there may be more that one possibility for a calculation. And need to have users read these to see if they make sense.
