Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trusted Tax Specialists I spoke to a CPA at the very start because I could not connect my Lyft account with Turbotax. She was so very pleasant and helpful. Filing with Turbotax has been an experience...I'm 70 years old with terminal cancer and, after two days of putting in the required information... I feel relieved and peaceful that it is all finally done!!! Thank You!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing! Turbotax was the first system I used to file my first tax return and it was so helpful and broke down taxes and deductions to me. I've been using it ever since and always feel good each time I file with them. I feel like they really have my back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They randomly decided i was 'self employed' I was charged an extra 120 dollars because halfway through, TT decided i was filing as "self employed" (a name of a product, not a description of my job) that could not be removed. you cannot talk to an agent without paying an additonal 150 dollars to upgrade.
