Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great overall, I have been very satisfied, but I did have trouble obtaining information from last year's return because I filed online and needed to start over which I found upsetting. once i decided to use the full service they were very helpful and responsive

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Has Issues That Should Be Updated While for the cost, TurboTax is a great program. However, there are too many issues that the software still fails to encompass, as signified by the asterisk above certain items on the K-1 input forms. For example, if you have an "other" expense listed under Box 13W, there is an asterisk that the user must manually input the amount on the appropriate schedule. It can't be that difficult for TurboTax to do this for you! This is a similar situation for box 20T, which would certainly be simple for the program to incorporate.

She did my taxes for over 20 years until dementia caught up with her this year. I was a babe in the woods. Darlene walked me through everything and helped get all of my issues resolved. I highly recommend this service!
