The first time, it was because of incorrect PIN, but Turbotax gave user an impression, the PIN was a 6-digit number chosen by user, the third time, it was because dependent's PIN had not been provided. Turbotax's interview question is "Yes, at one of us got an IP PIN", so I entered both of joint filers' PINs, but didn't enter dependent's PIN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy Ive been using TurboTax since 2014 and it gets better each year. This is the first year I needed to use Live Premier with an Expert and it was like I was sitting in my tax accountant's office, but it was 9:40pm and I was already in my PJs! I had a few questions and the Tax Expert was able to quickly isolate the issue and get the situation remedied for me. I trust the guided process and Im very pleased with the results every year.
