Rated 3 out of 5 by from Felt cheated & taken advantage of this time around So I begun to do the taxes like every year prior. This time they offer early in the game a new version upgrade. I figured: 1. It'll give me some additional options as I file, and 2. If not seeing much difference from the previous grade of TurboTax, I'd still have a chance to simply change to the lower option. Neither occurred- Only difference was it offered for a tax professional to do taxes. All else was same, and if I wanted to downgrade version, it would ERASE what I had done and make me start all over. :/ Only saving grace has been the talking to a live person during my e-file rejections, but again, Believe that was always an option on previous level version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love turbo tax!! I've been using Turbo Tax for well over 30 years. I even have the old floppy disk versions!! It's been a great tool for taxes and I enjoy the ease of it and how it helps you answer questions. It is a Godsent!
