This is the first time I have had mutiple technology problems getting the product uploaded to my computer. I installed and uninstalled at least 5 times and it would NOT load - very frustrating! I finally found an online suggestion to change the resolution in "settings" on my computer - and it finally finished the install. This was a pretty bad "bug" to deal with at a stressful time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax is wonderful I was amazed by the questions going line item by line item. The detail on each question and the depth to get to the right answer. It was a great review and better under standing of the complexity of the tax laws, even though my returns were basically simple I talked with Mike on Friday,5/14, about the depreciation section on the rental property. He made a guess to get start and was $1 off from what the depreciation was the last time. I is very good. Monday, 5/17, I talked with Scott and solved the problem problem concerning NY amendment which I did not request within 3-4 minutes. Both men were friendly and had great bedside manner after a long day.
