Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handles complex returns well TT was able to not only handle multiple 1099s but was also able to make schedule K input fairly easy. The one thing they could do a better job with is to check for duplicates on the 1099 forms, perhaps by account number after they are imported from the financial institution. As an example I have authority over some accounts in my wife’s name. When I import using my log in information to the institution (Fidelity) it also gets my wife’s accounts. There are separate accounts I do not have authority over in my wif’e name so I need to import those, too, using her ID. But the ones I have authority over also are imported and they end up being listed twice. Turbo tax should either de dupe or list the account number on the list of 1099 forms.
