I've been doing my own taxes online for years with H&R Block, but I finally got so frustrated with the lack of support for csv imports and lack of customer service for my questions, that I switched to TurboTax. Completing my taxes with TurboTax was both easier and explained some things that I never full understood. It is an expensive option, but I think it's worth it.
