Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is ok, my CPA was great. This is my first time with full service. I have no complaints with my CPA, Laura, but the software we were forced to use to communicate was frustrating. I'd much rather be able to zoom call or any other platform instead of having to use TurboTax's. But even if that's not a possibility, I'd just like to not have to use TurboTax's IM. It's terrible. I don't trust it to type out the lengthy messages I had to write in order to answer Laura's questions and when Laura would send me a message there was no way for me to know what that message said unless I went to my computer (mobile is absolutely unusable), logged in, and then went to the chat page. I'd prefer almost anything to this or at least give me the option to do encrypted email if security is the concern.
