Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is the way to go! This is my 5th year using turbotax! It's very easy to use! Fees are much cheaper than filling with other tax companies. Step by step assistance available if needed. I couldn't ask for a better way to file!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 1095-A was only the worst problem Just finding the quality of the product really bad. Hung up when I opened TT 2020 to check some details of last year's return (which really should be easier to get to in the current year's version). I did my return myself with paper in under two hours, and was within $100 of TT. Why am I paying for the software. Every year, I think that TT should give a little heads up on roughly how much the potential itemized deduction need to add up to to get out of the standard deduction. I suspect people run around for lots of details with no hope of gettting to the $12K+ that's needed. Need better 1095-A functionality. (and workflow, it should not have allowed me to file without it, for example.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax Confusion I have used Turbotax for many years now with confidence. Last year was the first time I have ever had a serious problem. After completing the 2020 federal taxes and entering the credit card information my bank notified me that more money than what was owed was taken from my account for taxes. I notified Turbotax and got no response, so I notified IRS and still no response. I notified the Audit Defense and they could not help me. So I am asking Turbotax again to please help me to recover my loss.
