It took more than 4 times to contact the company to get different information. Spent over 3.65 hours on the phone. Will not use next year if you choose to do business this way in future. Have to pay extra for Schedule 1, no longer offering ability to capture car registration etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is always awesome! I've been using TurboTax for about a decade now and they've always made it a quick and easy process. If I need help with a certain part there's a nice little knowledge base or tool tip to find an answer. I like that I don't have to keep re-entering my info every year since it remembers who I am. And all my prior tax return info gets imported to make data entry a little quicker. I think it has been worth the money to make sure taxes are done right without headache.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have used TurboTax for many years I used TurboTax desktop and was able to get my taxes done quickly. I also use QuickBooks for business and personal which helps. As with any software package there are a few things that could be fixed but overall I like it.
