Rated 2 out of 5 by from This product is NOT what it used to be You have a LOT of bugs in the system this year and it was very noticeable. I assisted my mom to file her taxes and it took over two hours on the phone to get them filed. I filed taxes for my son in March and made sure to write down my password and the system wouldn't accept it as valid. It took me over an hour to just file mine and I finally submitted with an incorrect Activity sheet that shouldn't have even been included with my filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great software that I have used for many many year Schedule K-1 for a retirement plan (item I2 checked), TurboTax says it removes K-1 (this is what I remembered). But during tax return submission, it continuously asks for partnership's name and ID. Even with that glitch, this year, Turbotax is still my SUPER STAR. ;-)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax sucked for 2020 I used TT in 2019 to generated tax forms. My forms and summary were printed and submitted by snail mail to IRS. I used same forms to obtain 2019 AIG for 2020 submission and IRS rejected 2 times. This required me to mail in taxes late.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from to expensive keeps pressuring for upgrade it also keeps pressuring for itemized deduction it is not hard for me to know i dont have enough to go over the standard deduction. to expensive i dont know why i just dont go to a accoutant
