Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees Hidden fees. Have to upgrade to get certain refunds. Was going to charge me $39 to take my money out of my refund if I chose to pay that way.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long-Time User of TurboTax Upgraded to Premium not too long ago, so far it's been a hassle, as my returns haven't been accepted yet by Federal or State. Let's hope this most recent attempt has corrected the issue. Otherwise, hey, it's great, usually quick and easy.

Was in a pinch after I was canceled by a Nationally well known tax preparer and was scared about doing taxes by myself because I had some complex situations. Everything went according to the estimated times predicted, and I even finished a but earlier. Was an easy process and I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone!
