Rated 5 out of 5 by from Same Bank Deposit and State Purchase could be bett When you get to the part with how you want to receive a refund, the system asks you to input the account number and routing again, even though the system had it imported from last year's. How about just asking to confirm the data instead! Also, how about allowing the purchase of state efiling as a purchase option when I get the next year's download instead of interrupting my filing to go out to the store and then back. Waste of my time that I have to do each year - maybe give a discount for the two together to encourage the use of efiling for states. I have to believe that they would all appreciate it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good process, glad it's done I did have a little trouble convincing the system that I had NOT signed up for max, and also trying to figure out why I as automatically signed up with Deluxe, but I eventually figured out that it was because my taxes were not "easy" that deluxe was required. It would have been helpful if that was a little more obvious, but that is really a minor issue overall. Everything else went smoothly and well.
