Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Great! State needs work... Overall, TurboTax has been great. I have been a customer from way back when it was MacInTax! The Federal Interview is awesome, but the California Interview is confusing at times. Basic instructions regarding Single Member LLCs is non-existent. I hope there is more added in the future for this specific category, as I am sure with all the new companies being formed since COVID, there will be many more people with similar needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good - Easy Enough I was filing back taxes, so it would be nice if they either updated software they sell to let people know some things that end up wasting 30-45 minutes of time. Not being able to e-file back taxes makes sense, but to constantly give options to do it all along the way, along with other online options that are actually not available is annoying
