I started in March, had multiple agents who had to restart work, it took many hours of my own work, and am finally checking out five months later. Very disorganized and far from the complete end-to-end service I expected as a 10 year TurboTax customer

I have been with TurboTax for many many moons and I will go to no one else! I love that they check in with your mental health during part of it, always have information at the ready if you are unsure about anything, and strive to make tax filing a pain-free experience.
