Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tricky marketing I completed my entire tax return only to find out I had to start completely over because you are unable to change your service choice if you don't start from scratch. Also, claims to be "free" but takes $155 for the return fee, and you have to have "deluxe" to be able to claim rental properties. Ridiculous. I won't be using turbo tax again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We've been with TurboTax 8 years and we love it! We've been with TurboTax eight years and have always found them to be there if we had a question. We have never had a problem since using TurboTax and wouldn't think of using any other tax preparation software.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nickel & Dime Every little step demands you to "upgrade." Turbotax used to be a helpful tool but now it's almost as complicated as doing my taxes myself. Plus I have the joy of paying them $40 more for each step of the process. Thanks Turbotax for helping me diminish my refund.
