Rated 1 out of 5 by from costs more from your web site then buying in store I have used turbo tax for years. I usually can find the program to download from your website but not this time. It costs double the amount of the box in the store and the state has a fee where the box makes the state free. The pages are not easy to navigate and i really had a hard time with the program. Just give an option to download the program. And you sold me something I could not say no to on the pages. this is awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was not free and I think it was very expensive. Somebody should sue for advertising free, when it was not. I should’ve gone to my tax guy way cheaper and less of a hassle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax is getting worse every year. Every year there are new issues i have to deal with to fix because the program has been modified. This year I can't get the program get accepted thru a Federal return because of a Dependent issue, but i've had same dependent for the past 10 year.....I'm frustrated with Turbo Tax. Been here a decade, not likely to come back another year

I thought the federal and state had been done. Today, I got Kristen - thank goodness, she was calm. patient and very helpful. So thank you so much Kristen foe being my calm and helping me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is fine, wish it remembered more It works. It's just unbelievable that it never remembers information from the previous year. So much needs to be imported year after year. Account information, drivers license information, and previous tax returns are all things that Turbo Tax should be able to remember at this point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was a lifesaver. Being able to take a picture of my W-2 and not have to enter it line by line it was a time saver. And looking for deductions that I had not thought of was also a plus.
