Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seemed helpful - one exception tho My first time using an online service. Was helpful and relatively easy to navigate. Had First some trouble at the end filing. Was under the impression that the form was sent to the IRS however it wasn’t, thus I am filing late. Thankfully I don’t owe anything. Clarity in that section might be an issue. However, it being time sensitive and my first time, that probably contributed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TT great, Support great, connecting is PAINFUL TurboTax's step by step instructions walks you through all forms fantastically. When I needed live support help, they were terrific, stayed with me until my question was completely answered. However, connecting to live support is VERY challenging. If you remain calm and try every path you can think of, with a lot of luck you will get a phone number to call. If you try the incorrect phone number, the menu will do you in! Keep trying. When you get someone to help, it is worth the effort. Good Luck!!
